Code of Ethics Policy

Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, respect, responsibility, fairness, and professionalism across the institution. All students, faculty members, staff, and other members of the College community are expected to uphold these values in their academic, professional, and personal conduct within the campus.

The College expects honesty and academic integrity in teaching, learning, examinations, research, assignments, and all other academic activities. Plagiarism, cheating, fabrication, impersonation, and other forms of academic misconduct are not acceptable.

Every member of the College community should treat others with dignity and respect, irrespective of their background, position, or role. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, ragging, intimidation, and any form of inappropriate behaviour are strictly discouraged and will be dealt with according to applicable rules.

Students and staff are expected to use College property, resources, information, and digital facilities responsibly and protect confidential information entrusted to them.

Any violation of the Code of Ethics may result in appropriate action as per the rules and regulations of the College and applicable authorities. The College encourages everyone to contribute towards maintaining a safe, inclusive, ethical, and professional academic environment.
