Library Policy

Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur is committed to providing students and faculty with a well-organized, accessible, and supportive library environment that promotes reading, learning, research, and academic development.

Students and staff must carry their valid College Identity Card while using the library and are expected to maintain silence, discipline, cleanliness, and proper conduct within the library premises.

Books and other library resources should be handled carefully and returned within the prescribed period. Users are responsible for any loss or damage to materials issued to them and may be required to pay applicable charges as per College rules.

Library resources should be used responsibly and only for academic and educational purposes. Students are encouraged to make effective use of books, journals, reference materials, digital resources, and other facilities available in the library.

The College may revise library timings, borrowing limits, rules, and other procedures from time to time. Users are expected to follow the latest instructions issued by the Library and College authorities.
